Not all of us lived in the dorms, but for those of us who did, life was just a wee bit different. There were Five Day, Six Day and Seven Day Dormies. Some of our strongest bonds were formed there. Dorm life was unique for sure, absolutely no doubt about it !
On a cool fall evening in 1965 while on her way to study-hall, she heard a young man yell across the quadrangle for all to hear, " Mary Lee, I love you!"
And with a slight blush upon her face and a twinkle in her eye, she returned the sentiment with gusto.
